A well stocked refreshments table is the first thing I look for at a gathering.
The LIT students organized an appreciation celebration for their job shadow hosts. Students created poster displays showcasing the various client services offered by their host. Guests were greeted with music, tempting treats, and lots of conversation. When the event was finished, Beckie, Lisa and Michael David shared their experiences and advice about the LIT profession and library and information science associations. Thanks to everyone who was able to attend; we hope to see you back next year!
